This is ridiculously light (12 oz) in my pack and, if I roll it properly, takes up minimal room. Very comfortable night's sleep. The back and hips feel great in the morning, and I got a great night's sleep with this! Also - this is much warmer (higher R value) than most pads out there and has been great on bunks in unheated cabins and on the chilly fall ground. Was able to inflate the pad fully in about 25 breaths. Easy enough to deflate and roll up.
It is a bit annoying to move on this pad and make the crinkling sound (wife asked if I was sleeping on a pile of grocery bags!) so if you share a tent with a light sleeper, be warned - you will annoy them!
Overall, so glad I bought this & highly recommend it.
I have few complaints about Therm-a-Rest NeoAir Xlite. It is very crinkly and loud, compared to most competing pads and it does not come in Regular Wide size for those who don't need extra length but appreciate some space for their hands when laying on your back or stomach. It's also quite slippery and the side rails are not raised like in many other pads, so you are running the risk of sliding from this pad in the middle of the night.
However, if you count every ounce, these pads are the lightest insulated pads on the market that still deliver comfortable uncompromising sleep while on the trail.
If you are OK sacrificing couple of extra ounces though, Big Agnes Q core SLX comes highly recommended as it is much thicker, has raised side rails, very quiet to sleep on and is even warmer then Therm-a-Rest NeoAir Xlite while still staying very light on the scales. And yes, Big Agnes does come in regular wide size. Word of caution though, it takes twice as long to inflate Big Agnes compared to Therm-a-Rest NeoAir Xlite and so (optional and quite pricy) inflatable bag may be necessary.

Testing it out so far it's pretty good, it does not take long to blow up and for the weight it's great. I will update my star rating as I use the mattress. It has an interesting noise when you lay down on it but other than that it feels very strong and durable. I can see myself bringing this on a quick lightweight camping trip and will easily fit in my carry on backpack.
Edito.
